The item I received is not what I thought I ordered or faulty.  We are very happy to discuss your options for repair or replacement subject to our exchange policy. Please contact us via email on harlemandstone@bigpond.com 

What payment methods can I use to pay online? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

Can I place an order over the telephone? Yes of course .. Call us at our store we are very happy to help with style, size and fit, as well as take payment over the phone. Please contact us 0404 281 932 

When will my card be charged. Your credit card will be charged immediately after you have checked out.  If you are ordering in a foreign currency your invoice will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Need to cancel or make changes to your order. This isn't a problem. Please email us on harlemandstone@bigpond.com and we will respond asap or within 24hrs. This does not apply to sale or discounted items.

Preordered items

All preorder items are clearly labelled and include their approx delivery date. If your order contains any preorder items, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the final piece has arrived in store. If you would like your in stock items prior to the preorder items, please either process your orders separately or a $10 freight will be charged for partially shipped orders.
