HARLEM AND STONE reserves the right to amend the TERMS OF USE at anytime and suggest if using this website frequently to check for amendments.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All reference to '$' and 'dollars' on this website are to Australian currency and inclusive of GST. Payment is taken at the point of sale and not at the time of dispatch. The total cost of your order is the price of the item(s) ordered plus delivery. We use online secure payment gateway Shopify Payments and accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, PayPal, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

When placing your order, we will require your name, credit card number and card expiry date. All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not, for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.

ORDERS

When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit card number & expiry date. Without this information we will not be able to process your order. You will also be asked to provide a shipping address including street number, name, suburb, city and post code details.

A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if your order requires a delivery quote. We may unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our delivery partners in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

We make every effort to display the most current ad accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product's availability changes. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you immediately by email or phone.

RETURNS POLICY

Whilst we hope that you are always delighted with your online purchase from HARLEM AND STONE, we understand that there are occasions where you may wish to return an item(s) that you have purchased online.

We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind for purchases made in store.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

If you wish to return an item(s) you must notify us by email harlemandstone@bigpond.com within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will gladly offer you an exchange or online store voucher (excluding shipping) For more information on our Returns Policy please go to SHIPPING AND RETURNS.

DESCRIPTION AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are as accurate as possible at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, however we cannot guarantee its accuracy.

SHIPPING

We aim to fulfil and dispatch your order within 2 business working days of order confirmation, unless there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from doing so. In the event of your order being delayed for any reason we will notify you immediately of the delay and a new delivery time frame. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries in any event. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will under no circumstances 'ever' share your information with any other parties.

GENERAL

We are not liable to you or anyone else for loss in connection with the use of the website or any linked website.
