How to go about returning or exchanging an item/s:
For an online credit note please email us at email@example.com or via the website stating which item/s you would like to return and your order number. We will email you a returns number which you then write on the front of the package and post to:

Once we have received the return and have ensured that it is eligible, we will process and send you a gift voucher which can be used in store or for your next online purchase (excluding shipping)
If you would like to exchange an item via post, please follow the above instructions and once we have received your return, we will resend the exchange (for orders under $100 a delivery charge may apply).
You may exchange an online purchase(s) at our Cammery store if this is more convenient.
Harlem and Stone, offers you a 14-day return policy & 21 days for international orders, beginning from when you receive your item.
Exchange or online credit may be provided to purchases online only and are subject to the conditions below:
No return or exchanges on sale or discounted items
No refund or credit will be made of any delivery charges.
Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached and, in the items original packaging, undamaged and unworn.
Returns or exchanges are NOT applicable for pierced jewellery due to NSW Health & Safety Regulations.
Merchandise that has been altered, worn or washed will not be processed for returns.
We recommend you send you item back using a trackable service, so you know when we receive it. You can always contact us to check if we have received it.
Unfortunately, Harlem and Stone cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking numbers that have not been received.
